Travel Trade to Get Up Close and Personal with new look Jackie Chan at MATTA and NATAS Trade Shows

(Hong Kong – March 5, 2007) Trade buyers and visitors at the MATTA (Malaysian Association of Tours and Travel Agents) and NATAS (National Association of Travel Agents Singapore) trade shows next month will be in for a treat as they get up close and personal with the world's hottest Kung-Fu action hero Jackie Chan!

Madame Tussauds Hong Kong, the world famous home of the famous, will be part of the Hong Kong Tourism Board pavilion and for the first time, will feature Jackie Chan's incredibly life-like wax figure at the booth from March 16-18 at MATTA and March 23-25 at NATAS respectively. Visitors are invited to drop by and mingle with "Slipper," Jackie Chan's character from his latest box-office hit "Rob-B-Hood".

During the tradeshows, Jackie's wax likeness will wear the original costume from Rob-B-Hood, an action comedy about three gangsters who kidnap a baby. Jackie Chan wore the charcoal polo neck top and twill pants that during the opening scene, where he steals a baby.

Located at The Peak, Madame Tussauds Hong Kong is one of Hong Kong leading tourism attractions that reopened in May 2006 with a series of special events including celebrity wax figure unveilings such as music and screen legends Aaron Kwok, Twins, Joey Yung, Leon Lai and Miriam Yeung

The attraction features over 100 incredible wax likenesses of celebrities, world leaders and sports heroes, and includes a glamorous and star studded line up such as Liu Xiang, Tiger Woods, Cecilia Cheung and Bae Yong Joon.

Since the opening, the new look Madame Tussauds Hong Kong has been wowing guests with its total makeover as they meet their favorite idols and do the things that famous people do.

From dancing on stage with Aaron Kwok, playing golf with Tiger Woods, shooting hoops with Chinese basketball star Yao Ming and stepping into the world of a Rembrandt painting, guests have been having wonderful celebrity- filled moments.
